Proficient in Japanese or Mandarine language (Written & Verbal)
Hands-on 1+ years experience working with any cloud service provider or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products such GCE, GAE and GKE.
Supporting the customers for Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services (at least 1 product): BigQuery, Vertex AI Platform, DataFlow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer
Knowledge of security and Google IAM, Policies, and Google Organization/Folder/Projects.
Good understanding of the cloud applications.
Team player and sharing the knowledge with team to resolve the GCP product issues.
Nice to have skills
Diagnose and troubleshoots end user issues and provides appropriate solutions.
Provide timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of the customer and ensures their satisfaction .
Collaborate between Customers, Technical Solution Representatives, Technical Solution Engineers, Product Engineers, vendor teams & managers.
Strong drive for quality results and ability to multi-task and work independently.
Strong verbal and written communication, systematic problem-solving approach, and documentation.
